I wrote every line of this.Including the part that writes your kit.
Kitted is one person. I built the site, the payment flow, the intake questions and the prompts that generate your kit. When something breaks, it is me who fixes it. When you email, it is me who reads it.
That matters more than it sounds, because most AI products are a thin layer over a model with nobody accountable behind them. The quality of your kit depends entirely on how carefully the prompt behind it was written, and I wrote all thirty of them by hand, one per kit type, revised every time someone tells me a section came out weak.
Why it exists
I wanted a routine that held. Not motivation, not another app. A written system I would actually open on a bad Tuesday.
What I found instead was planners that assumed a 5am wake up, meal plans built around food I do not eat, and templates that wanted me to reshape my week to fit them. None of it survived contact with my actual schedule, and I do not think that was a discipline problem. A plan written for nobody in particular is going to lose to a real week, every time.
So I built the thing I could not find. Then I realized other people were hitting the same wall, and it turned into this.
What you actually get from me
What I will not do
Kitted is AI generated and I say so on every page, because you should know what you are buying. It is not a doctor, a trainer or a financial advisor, and I will not pretend otherwise. Kits are informational, and anything medical belongs with an actual professional.
There is also no subscription and there never will be. You pay once and the kit is yours. I would rather you buy one kit, use it, and come back in six months than forget you were being charged.
